I own and occupy a two family home in a great location in midtown Bayonne. I have a large downstairs apartment and a spare master bedroom. Modern kitchen, a yard in the back, and washer a dryer in the basement. Conveniences and nearby transportation: the NJT 81L/X and the NJT 120 stop at the corner at the end of the Avenue C side of the street. The HBLR is also a short walk away in either direction (34th street & 22nd street). ShopRite is about a 2-3 minute walk and I am in the center of pretty much everything which is super convenient. Restaurants, bars, great pizza spots, Chinese food, Mexican food, etc. Pretty much anything you could want is nearby. Looking to get someone moved in by June 1st the latest. I am in the process of freshly painting the spare room, the kitchen, and the bathroom before the move in date.
