will having weed in my system get me denied? I don’t plan on smoking prior to my sentencing but I have been smoking weed and I know it can take months or two to flush out ya system,
looking at 75 days house arrest or work release ? which one should I go with? will I get approved for house arrest? I’m not a violent offender I smoke weed and drink but I have til July 27 to think it over and get it out my system I just don’t want to be denied and then have to serve my sentence if I plead guilty , can yall share yall experiences im in oc Anaheim
i got my 2nd dui last year my license suspension began in July I got the IID installed then, in July I meet the one year suspension but my program is 18 months in July I’m done with classes but have 6 months of transition which I’m officially complete with the program in December will I be able to remove the breathalyzer when I meet my one year suspension or do I have to keep it for an extra 6 months til my program is complete? :,(
