Where can I find this amazing 2D retro-style freelance cartoonist?
I found these amazing 2D illustrations from the Sticker Book album from My Talking Angela game (2014 game). Their flat-colored chibi-proportioned (no, not the Mini one) crayon-brushed kitsch art style is very much similar to famous freelance artists such as Art Baltazar, Skottie Young, Chris Eliopoulos, etc. Where can I find it? It's really amazing. I couldn't find somewhere it on ArtStation. These 2D Illustrations were definitely made in early-mid 2014 before the game's release on December 3, 2014.
I'm using that sticker illustration from the second slide as my phone wallpaper right now.
