I was just thinking about ways that SFU could improve the culture and lifestyle of students. The Burnaby Mountain campus + Univercity is a beautiful location but underutilized..

First things that came to mind for me:

Food truck fairs?

Music Festivals during the Summer in the unused parking lots?

Pride Parade/festival?

Car Free Days?

What would improve your experience at SFU?

What is the hold up on the funding for the the Burnaby Mountain Gondola? It would be such a good thing for Burnaby and turn the mountain into a tourist destination.

It seems like an easy win for the Mayors council or Province. The project is already approved, they just need funding.

What does everyone think of Goodfood? I've been a customer for years. I like that they are a Canadian company that sources as much locally as they can.
