I have been struggling with my interviews. I've been unemployed for one year now and I used to get jobs easily but it's different now. I can't remember interviewer's questions seconds after they have asked them, I ramble, and I'm just a nervous wreck. Any advice and/or hacks that have helped you? Thanks!

I'm an adult beginner and I have trouble breathing in water. I can breathe out my nose but I automatically hold my breath while swimming instead of breathing. Any suggestions on how I can automatically breathe through my nose/mouth while swimming? Thanks!
