Need some advice on where I can take a hedgehog in distress today (Sunday)? Belfast UK

Was in the garden form around half past 6 yesterday and was moving but slowly. Left it and was still there at 11 last night. I have it in cardboard box and it hasn’t moved an inch overnight but it is breathing.

It has a shallow dish of water and some dog kibble but not eating or drinking.

What to do?🫠
