Java Fullstack, or Python?

I thought I'd get into backend development, and since i know python pretty well i could learn django. But nodejs and the whole javascript just seems to be more in demand, and i dont know what to exactly do right now. i want to develop a skill as fast as i can, because i currently dont have the time to learn something like javascript from scratch. but if its worth it, i dont mind giving it my all and learn the Java framework instead.

i just dont want to be in a situation at the end that i know neither properly and end up wasting time

I just can't seem to get the hang of it

I've been solving for one year, but I've been pretty inconsistent. But this time around I really just want to do it for real, prepare for real. Even though I've done roughly 60 sums now, I still feel like I can't figure out the logic. It's either the syntax goes wrong, or the logic, and that is just the very base, then there's the optimal way to do it.

Either way, this is a cry for help. I want to do it properly and avoid wasting more days. I'm aware I need to learn the core pattern, but it hasn't worked out so far. I'm not sure how to motivate myself back into the game and do it properly this time.
