Package Issue
Has anyone had issues ordering from the Castle Market? I ordered the 7" Siren vinyl and the new black t-shirt, but the package has gone missing.
UPS claims it was delivered but did not send proof of delivery and said the sender needs to file the claim. I have emailed the Castle Market email 3 times now and have not received a reply at all.
Can anyone help with what to do? Hoping someone who can help will see this. :(
Edit: I was able to get a direct call to UPS customer service, and it is confirmed that they cannot proceed until Castle Market requests a claim as this was nit shipped directly with UPS but a cheaper service. Hence, there is no proof of delivery or even GPS coordinates. I have emailed Castle Market again and hopefully hear something soon.
