I got a sign maker to make me a circle on lower tack ad adhesive stencil paper. Now I’m trying to figure out how to get it on my paper exactly in the center. I’m thinking to make a pinhole in the center of the stencil and match it to a mark in the center of the watercolor paper. Perhaps I would also need to make lines at each of the four quadrants of the circle. Any tips would be appreciated!
