Do people who fail in JEE become successful in life?
I’m currently a CSE - AI & ML student from a Tier-3 college and about to enter my 4th year. I’ve been struggling a lot with thoughts about JEE and career prospects.
I didn’t crack JEE, and even after several years, I still feel like society treats that as a permanent label. Sometimes it feels like people assume students from Tier-3 colleges can never have truly successful or fulfilling careers compared to students from IITs/NITs.
Have people from Tier-3 colleges who didn’t do well in JEE genuinely gone on to build good careers and fulfilling lives?
Right now I’m confused between going all in for placements, preparing for CAT/MBA or eventually pursuing a master’s.
Part of me also wonders whether I’m overthinking JEE too much and treating it like a lifelong judgment instead of just one phase of life.
What are your suggestions?
