Work in large org, that has multiple EBAs with different unions, however maybe only 30-40% of workforce is covered by it.
My full time perm contract is silent on the EBA, I was told on many occasions that our team isn’t covered by any EBA.
If I join one of the unions what are my chances to ask them to be covered by one of the EBA?
Has anyone actually done that?
