Finally I'm leaving this hell. I struggled looking for other roles but finally did it. It's true that there are good and remarkable people here, they have my respects, but also there are slackers and opportunists, somehow this people are rewarded, very strange. Anyway, I have hopes that everything is going to be better, but at least I'm happy that I will have a better salary and a role more alligned to my interests.
