I live in a terrace house in NI and my next door neighbour changed to a landlord that is fully fixing the place up since last September. Like a proper gut job. Overtime the builders have knocked a crack in my kitchen wall which also resulted in a plug no longer working. And when they got a new roof, they did not attach the gutters properly to mine. So when it rains there is a big leak in the gutters onto my back garden. I got a gutter company to come out and they said it's the landlord next doors responsibility to fix.

I have said to the builders multiple times, I then got the landlords number and said about all this (twice). Every time they just say they'll sort it. But nothing happens. It now looks like residents have moved in and the building is complete. Any advice on how to follow up on this?
