Hi, I’m a non-EU student moving to Bologna in September with a Type-D study visa. Since I can only apply for my permesso di soggiorno after arriving in Italy, can I still book a long-term room through Spotahome before arrival?
Do landlords usually give new international students some time after arrival to submit the permesso application and provide the ricevuta?
