I'm 42, ₹25 lakh in debt, and desperately trying to rebuild my life for my daughters. Where do I begin?

I'm writing this with a heavy heart. I'm 42, a B.Com graduate, and honestly, I've made some terrible decisions in life.
My parents loved me and provided everything I needed, but I never took responsibility seriously. I lied about money, pretended to have a job, and kept hiding my failures instead of facing them. After my parents passed away, things became worse. I fell into online gambling and alcohol addiction, and my life slowly spiralled out of control.
Today, I owe around ₹25 lakh to friends and relatives. My wife's jewellery was sold, my bikes are gone, and I'm struggling to pay rent and basic household bills. I have no stable work experience or special skills, and at 42, I feel lost about where to start.
But I have two daughters. They deserve a father who tries to change, and I want to rebuild my life for them. I'm not looking for shortcuts. I want to work honestly, earn a living, and repay my debts gradually.
I urgently need practical advice:
What jobs can someone like me realistically get?
What skills can I learn from scratch to earn around ₹25,000 per month?
Are there legitimate organisations or platforms that help people facing temporary financial hardship?
If anyone genuinely wishes to offer voluntary financial assistance, it would also help me manage essential expenses while I try to get back on my feet.

I'm willing to share more details privately with anyone who wants to understand my situation. I know I cannot undo my past, but I want to take responsibility and change my future.
Please be honest with me. Even one practical suggestion or job lead could make a real difference.
Thank you for reading.
