Anyone else dreamed of a new episode after finishing the anime?
The night I finished Your Lie in April I was genuinely so sad, because I watched all of it in one single night (DO NOT RECOMMEND) and it just broke my heart to see that ending. But when I went to bed my dream didn’t feel like a dream… like I can remember everything that happened in there, it felt so vivid like I can remember every small detail about it. And what’s weird is that it was in the anime style. It felt like I was just watching another episode of it, one that didn’t exist.
But enough yapping about the lucid dreaming part. Let me tell you more about the dream I had.
>!It’s starts off with Kousei visiting Kaori’s grave and not leaving anything. He walked away and ran into Watari, Watari was energetic still trying to see the good about all of this. Watari walked with Kousei back home then he went on his way. Kousei went into his house and took off his shoes at the front and went upstairs to the piano room. He sat down and didn’t even open the lid… he thought of Kaori, the little moment in the hospital, her in physical therapy, and the completion. Ending that scene with her saying want to kill yourself with me? It froze him, he looked at the covered piano and then he hears a violin. Not from his head but from Tsubaki’s room. Kousei turned around and looked at her, swaying and playing the violin perfectly, not in Kaori’s style and not following the sheet she’s doing her own thing. Kousei sat there waiting and listening to her and when it finished she looked directly at him, before closing her blinds right after and hyperventaling on the ground. Kousei opens his window and says “I didn’t know you were learning how to play.” Tsubaki doesn’t respond but peaks through the blinds while blushing. Kousei looks at her and she opens the blinds and says “Y-yeah I’ve been wanting to try to play it since she…” She freezes. Kousei looks down then at her and says “Who’s your teacher? They must be really good.” Tsubaki blushes and says “No one… I’m just following some books and all…” Kousei looks surprised and says “Woah… y-you actually got that good just by yourself?” Tsubaki blushes and says “yeah… am I really that good?” Kousei blushes back and says “You are.” It does a time skip. Skipping 3 years bringing them to their last years in high school Tsubaki got into the school that was close to Kousei’s Music school. Kousei has been acing his classes and loves music even more and finally he’s out of that scary blue ocean he’s on the beach, playing for his mom, Kaori, Tsubaki, and even Watari. Kousei was playing in the piano room when Tsubaki chimes in with her Violin, them matching in perfect harmony. When they finish the song they blush and look at eachother. A couple of seconds later Tsubaki opens her window and so does Kousei, she gets on top of her desk. Kousei shouts “Wait, what are you doing?” She replies “I’m coming over dummy” Kousei replies “You could just walk over like a normal person.” Tsubaki replies “Yeah, but that’s boring I like this way instead.” She climbs over into his window while he’s screaming at her to not fall as she trips into the window falling into Kousei’s arms. Tsubaki’s voice over the slow-mo fall into his arms played memories of them together. She says “Kousei!< >!ever!< >!since I said that you started to act different towards me. Why? Can’t we just talk about it? It’s our final year here and you’re still acting like a complete dumbass. Just say you love me back dummy… it’s all over your face. As she falls into his arms making him fall back and hold her tightly. Kousei looks down at her while she rests her head on his stomach. Kousei silently says “Why did you do that?” Tsubaki cries a little not from the pain just from hiding her feelings. She says “why are you such an idiot…” Kousei sounds shocked “What? Me and idiot?! Says you! You just jumped through a window! Tsubaki holds him tighter, and says “You never answered me” Kousei is confused “About what?” She replies “When I offered you can love me instead.” She holds him tighter afraid he’ll disappear. Kousei blushes and says “I guess I would love that.” She freezes the sound of him saying that echoing. As she launches up and kisses him. Kousei freezes at the kiss as she pulls back. Kousei is blushing and is frozen solid. As Tsubaki hits him. Kousei freezes out of it and yells in pain and says “Ow… what was that for?” She replies “Say something!” *it pans back as Kousei kisses her and she kisses him back playing a beautiful duet of piano and Violin. As the outro plays.!<
