We’re trying to understand the everyday moments when you find yourself opening the Reolink app to check on something.

Think about the past few weeks. What’s something you regularly check using one of your cameras?

For example:

1. Waiting for a package to arrive.
2. Checking whether the garage door or gate is closed before bed.
3. Seeing whether your dog is still outside or waiting to come in.
4. Looking to see if a family member, visitor, or contractor has arrived.
5. Making sure the trash bins have been collected.
6. Checking whether the kids got home from school.

These are just examples, we’re much more interested in the things you personally check around your home, pets, family, or property.

Now imagine your camera could save you from checking.

Tell us:

1. What exactly should it notify you about?
2. What similar situations should it ignore?
3. How quickly would you want to know?

There’s no need to think about the technical solution, we’re interested in understanding the habit you’re trying to satisfy.

Hi everyone! We're looking for 50 beta testers to help us finetune our new battery camera. 

1.Confidentiality

Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if selected.

We'll send the NDA as a PDF. Testers can sign it in one of two ways:

(1) Handwritten signature: print out the file, sign it, and send back a photo or scan of the signed copy;

(2) E-signature: complete it with an electronic signature.

2.Equipment & Environment

The battery camera is EU-spec and comes with an EU-compatible accessory. Please note that it cannot be paired with US-spec devices.

3.Usage Scenario

You must have a real‑world use case (home, office, warehouse, garden, etc.) and be able to run the camera for at least 8 hours per day during the test period.

4.Feedback & Communication

• You are expected to submit your feedback via our online form.

• When bugs or suggestions arise, please cooperate with our remote engineers to reproduce issues and capture logs (we will guide you through the process).

5.What You Get
