Poly Energy- Permanently Closed

Has anyone here used Poly Energy as their installer? The business has now permanently closed and there was no warning given to anyone before the closure. We're 2 years in with the panels and now have no installer support if needed.

Is there an alternative? I.E transfer to a different company or will all maintenance have to be out of pocket?

My husband and I had a second consult today. The issue arised that my husband received a backpay check from ssdi.

We are in arrears/mortgage forbearance ending next month.

The plan was to use the funds to pay debt but he now has to pay his LTD company for the offset. His LTD lawyer and LTD company agreed on an overpayment amount that would be less than his backpay. This now gives us room to pay that back and catch up on the mortgage before filing to do chapter 7.

The attorney started because the remaining backpay amount is over 10k (in Georgia) the trustee may clawback the amount we pay to the mortgage company. She did mention waiting 90 days after the payment and filing in the fall for less suspension.

Anyone have insight on this clawback rule?

Or would a trustee really clawback a payment made to the mortgage vs credit cards?
