~ Early September : Filming Ends

~ October 3rd : Rulla files a no contact order with the courts. She’s not getting that for a husband living with her

~ October 3rd : Brian is arrested for putting a tracking and audio listening devices in Rulla’s car. Rulla also claims Brian had previously tracked her without consent

~ October 3rd : Brian texts Rulla “baby don’t do this. Think of our kids; everything. This will be a big deal on the news. I’ll lose my license. <b> I won’t be able to pay you anything </b>

~ sometime in November the no contact order was terminated by Rulla

~ December 1st the charges were dropped right before pretrial because “the complaining witness does not wish to proceed”.

Based on this timeline and what occurred, seems Rulla left Brian from early October but by December was back together. These behaviors along with the affair are all major red flags 🚩

It appears that Rulla and Brian separated in fall of 2025.

The sub says it’s for “Landlords and property managers” but it seems like quite a few posts recently are from renters. There are lots of renter subs. Having a sub where LL, especially small LLs can focus on getting knowledge and advise from other LLs is valuable. Maybe I’m alone in this.
