Titrating my third medication, still not feeling any differences... Normal?

I was diagnosed in June, I've since titrated through Concerta, Tyvanse and now I have started Medikinet.

I am really struggling to see any difference in my behaviours/feelings between the three of them.

To note, I am on 200mg of Sertraline also...

Is it normal? Should I try non-stimulant medication? Thanks...

Bank refused Qualification of Title and pulled funding

There's a small section of a property I'm trying to purchase, That for some reason is under a separate folio. The folio it's part of is a housing estate that was built in the 60s, not even a house in the housing estate, just the general folio for the housing estate. Typical "it'll be grand" attitude from the developers I suppose.

This section of the property is completely separated from the housing estate, enclosed entirely by the property and is only accessible if you go through the property, it's also clearly defined when in the back garden. It is not tied to any utilities connected to the housing estate, and there is no right of way for the housing estate involved. It really just seems to be a mistake during development of the housing estate. The current and previous owners never bothered getting the folio fixed.

The bank were made aware of this from the get go, when their valuer visited the property, they were made aware of the boundaries and what is being sold, and what isn't. The bank approved my loan offer but they have now seemingly changed their mind and will not lend against this property.

My solicitor seems to think the bank are being uncooperative. Anything I can do to get them to change their mind or am I stuck and need to go through a different lender?

Sale agreed on a house, but it has a planning issue

Hey all,

Looking for advice here, I'm a first time buyer on a house. Everything was going fine, but I got an engineer in to check out the place.

The engineer pointed out a front facing window that might need planning permission. Indeed it looks like it wasn't installed with planning permission.

Has anybody dealt with something like this? How would you proceed in a scenario like this?

Any advice is much appreciated!!
