Tried visualizing an AODD pump in a slightly different way

Made this animation showing an AODD pump coming apart piece by piece and then going back together. Thought it might be a neat way to visualize what's actually inside one.

Would this kind of visualization be useful for understanding pumps?

Made a simple tool to check chemical compatibility for pump materials

I got tired of jumping between PDFs and compatibility charts whenever someone asked about a particular chemical, so I put together a small compatibility checker.
Right now it covers common materials used in AODD pumps like PP, PVDF, SS316, PTFE, etc.

https://www.antliaworks.com/chemical-compatibility-chart.html

It's still a work in progress, so I'm curious what you think. Are there any chemicals, materials, or features you'd want to see added?

Would genuinely appreciate feedback from people who deal with fluid handling or chemical transfer

Been working on documenting our pump manufacturing process and finally put together a short factory tour. Thought some of you might find it interesting.

Barrel Pumps

Been noticing that a lot of barrel/drum pump issues in industrial setups usually aren’t sudden failures it’s more small things compounding over time.

Stuff like dry running, using the wrong material for certain chemicals, poor cleaning between fluids, ignoring vibration/noise, etc.

We recently put together a simple practical breakdown on some common do’s and don’ts around barrel pump usage and maintenance. Thought some people here working around fluid handling/process ops might find it useful.

CNC machining a pump shaft for industrial applications

Shot this while machining a shaft for an industrial pump.

It’s one of those components people never really see, but it plays a huge role in how smoothly the pump actually runs. Cool seeing raw metal slowly take shape through the CNC process.

Industrial manufacturing is honestly way more satisfying to watch than most people expect
