Found at Woodman's! I think these appear accidentally vegan?

I hope its okay to post this here! When me and my brothers were little, we went with our mom to one of those, pick out a ceramic and paint it places. We put our three handprints on this plate for my mom. My mother has had this plate displayed for so many years, and now on Mother's Day of all days, it fell and chipped (luckily not too bad though). Does anyone have recommendations on how to best repair/what glue is the best for the chips? Maybe I'm overthinking but one of my brothers passed away last year, so I really want to make it look as nice as it still can be for her.
