Grip problem
I’m 65 and my grip strength is not great. I feel like in order to get a stable paddle I have to put my finger on the back. Am I giving up too much?

I play right around a 4.0 level and my biggest weakness now is when I speed up I never can counter it . I’m great at countering them, HELP!
If you hit an off speed speed up does it matter to the triangle theory?
When on the left side when do you sit forehand?
When do you use the paddle tip all the way down backhand push volley at the kitchen?
What’s the cheat code to hit an effective lob at the kitchen? Hit the bottom? How to use topspin? Anything?
I’m approaching 4.0 and looking for ways to get better at anticipating. What are the cheat codes?
As a competitor I’ve been able to stay calm about my mistakes,my partners mistakes and even close line calls. But, I feel like I get either too intense or lose focus during points
Any Best Practices to share as it relates to focus and the right intensity during points?
Trying to get to that 4.0 level and wanted to know what are your best anticipation tells for being in better position when your opponent hits a shot. Where the ball is? Their paddle angle? The triangle rule?
Saw a video that said top spin dinks and drops should be hit by finishing the follow through to the outside. Is this correct?
If your opponent is in mid court maybe a touch closer to the kitchen then baseline. Do you keep the ball in front of you or go cross? Do you hit them a ball they can volley or roll to their feet?
