My kanji practice and vocabulary practice, would really appreciate some feedback and some resources and guides

Would really like some feedback from you all, I started one month ago and now I have learned all hiragana and katakana, and basic greetings, now I'm working on vocabulary and kanji

I have been practicing japanese for 2 weeks now, can anyone help me know if my writing is understandable, and also provide me some resources for kanji and vocabulary
