URGENT HELP NEEDED: Lost Passport, Phone & Luggage
Hello good people, I’m in desperate need of your help!
My younger brother is in Phnom Penh and has lost all of his belongings, including his passport, government ID, phone, and entire luggage. The incident happened on the morning of the 14th. Everything is reported to the police, but I am cautiously optimistic about the outcome.
We’re trying to reconstruct his steps and, hopefully, locate the person/vehicle that may have his belongings. Thankfully, we’ve since been able to confirm that he is ok, although with quite a lot of bruising.

We’re particularly hoping to identify the driver and speak with them, as they may have information that could help us understand what happened or locate the missing belongings.
If you were in this area on the morning of the 14th, saw a red tricycle/tuk-tuk, know a driver who works around there, or have any information whatsoever, please reach out to me. Even a small detail could help us piece this together.
