Just wanted to hop on here and let y’all know that I had a good experience with their customer service. I bought two different orders recently (full price) and then like 6 days after they went on sale for 40% off each. I saw they had a price adjustment policy and sent a quick email. They responded within an hour and refunded the difference! All that to say, it’s always worth sending an email 😊 It ended up being like 70$ back which was super nice.
