Cosplay mask and head prop policy question
So I want to Cosplay as Caine from the amazing digital circus. But before I start constructing his head, I want to make sure that I would be allowed to have my head covered throughout the festival. Does anybody know about the policy when it comes to mask, covering you your whole head? I tried emailing Beyond Wonderland themselves, but they have not gotten back to me. I want to start constructing this denture head soon.
