Palpitations

So it feels like a thump..

One beat thump

And it happens when I'm alone in bed

It happened weeks ago but now it happened twice today

I'm generally a anxious person though I think I feel more anxious after that thump happen I get hyperaware about everything in my body Please can anyone guide me through this

I'm sort of almost insecure about my career honestly.

I don't have big dreams to have ultra luxury life

But decent enough and I have to support my parents in future
