Hello is anyone aware of any 2nd chance apartments or rentals in Columbus? Thank you in advance

Does anyone have suggestions for an apartment or house (preferably) for rent? 2-3 bedroom with rent $750 no more than $1200. I will be honest and say that background may be a slight issue (conviction over 7 years ago) and I do owe a previous landlord from a few years back that may pop up. So ideally, they would be pretty lenient with the application. Thank you in advance for any suggestions. No flournoy & calhoun or g2 rent smart please.

One of the main reasons I moved to Georgia was for the beautiful nature, animals & wildlif! I have fell sooo in love with all the birds out here feeling like Snow White in the morning listening to them all sing 🤣 I came across this app called Merlin Bird ID that identifies the bird as they are singing and just wanted to share with anyone who loves the outdoors as much as me 🥰 I was using it today and it felt so magical when they started singing back to me as the app was playing the calls of the birds that were around me 🥹
