follow up to my last post here about batch specific coas. so say i order from peppy care or anyone else and i want the coa for the exact lot im getting. how does that actually work in practice?

do you email them after ordering? ask before? is it a normal request or do they act weird about it?

and the bigger question, if a provider refuses or ghosts the request, is that my answer? because honestly if someone wont show me what lab tested the batch and when, im out. just want to know if thats the standard take or if im being too rigid about it.
