What to expect CAS and consular appointment

Hello everyone, first of all thanks for the all the responses I get on every question along the way. On this next step I would like to know more about what to expect.

Context: The company I work for is relocating my as a CSA, internally I’m a software engineer, company is based on New York and they are relocating me to Houston as remote employee. My wife coming with me as TD

So next week I have the appointment at the CAS, my understanding here is to only bring my appointment paper and they take biometric data and that’s it, nothing else to deliver and no further questions. I’ll still bringing all documents just in case.

Then 10 days after that I have my consular appointment at the consular office at gdl, I’ll be bringing all the attorney kit including tn letter, I don’t know what questions to expect here, my main concern is the remote part. The company justify it that my job is primarily remote and Houston is more affordable, they just need me to attend ocasional meetings with stakeholders and other team members. Has anyone had a similar experience?, how it went?.

I appreciate any feedback and experience, let me know if more context is required. Hopefully I get approved and I’ll be bothering with relocation questions later :)

Best place to apply for TN

As the question said, I’m moving forward filling the DS-160 to apply for my tn visa (first time). I would like to know if there is a preference to get the interview (GDL, CDMX, CD JUÁREZ), or if it is the same or is just where you get the appointment first.

Also if someone can advised me what to expect on the interview.

Software engineer applying under CSA for a remote position at a New York based company, intended relocation to Houston, visa requested of 4 years with 70K salary offer + medical and unlimited paid pto, getting TD for my wife too.
