Just wondering if anyone plans on selling their house anytime soon. Thought it was worth a shot to see if anyone wanted to avoid the hassle of open houses etc. Not looking for a discount, just trying to think outside the box and thought maybe someone would want to avoid having to list :). Looking Ideally mid country but open to other areas.
