28 Quid Smoker

My first attempt at smoking meat on my cheap 28 quid Smoker. Not a bad first attempt. Pretty difficult to control the temp. So looking to upgrade to something abit more reliable now.

Smoking Meats during the day

Hi all, my garden is fairly small and obviously we have neighbours. Is it acceptable to have your smoker going all day when it's a nice day? Especially on long and slow cooks, with people having their washing on the line, windows open etc.
