After completing Final Fantasy VI characters, my next project is the Green Lantern Corps from DC Comics. My goal is to keep the comic book aesthetics but ground it in realism.

I also want to make each Lantern distinguishable to their personality and background so as it isn't their face that is distinctive.

For example, here is my first completed Lantern, Hal Jordan. Kept the Lantern suit as close to the comic book but with darker colors, and placed the bomber jacket and glove based on his pilot background.

I had fun building these. Final Fantasy VI is perhaps my favorite Final Fantasy and RPG game (next to Chrono Trigger). In my opinion, FF6 is better than FF7.

I wanted to ground the characters but still pay homage to Amano's designs.
