I am so excited about this press I just received today from Raw Rutes.

My previous tofu press was overly complex and difficult to use. This thing is just two pieces, not included the tray which I purchased as an add-on but a plate would totally work.

It weighs six pounds and puts seven pounds of pressure on whatever you are pressing.

I just had to come on here and share. I haven’t gotten to use it yet. The simplicity, ingenuity and high-quality of this press was so impressive. I know it’s going to be magical to use.

Hope this helps someone else in need of a new press, especially if you are trying to avoid microplastics and shop small.

This is a lifetime object. It was expensive but will last forever.
