I need a dedicated, Static Residential Proxy (ISP Proxy) based in the Philippines to use with AdsPower for my e-commerce shop. I need a fixed, reliable PH IP address to keep my store safe from getting flagged or banned.

Most providers I’ve checked online either don't support a Philippines location or are way out of my budget.

To be completely honest, I am totally new to this proxy thing and don't have much of an idea about how it works yet. I just know I need this specific setup for my shop.

Can anyone recommend an affordable proxy provider that offers stable PH static residential IPs? Would love to hear your suggestions. Thanks!

What's the best way to commute to NAIA Terminal 3 from either Bulakan, Bulacan or Balagtas, Bulacan?

It's my first time going there, so I'd really appreciate step-by-step directions (bus, MRT/LRT, jeep, UV Express, etc.). If there are multiple routes, I'd love to know which one is the cheapest and which one is the fastest.

- There are buses near my area that go to Cubao and Divisoria, so I can start my trip from either route. What would be the most convenient, fastest, or most budget-friendly way to get to NAIA Terminal 3?
