Best materials for sculpting for a newbie?

Hello! I read the rules, but im not sure if my post follows all of them, so if it doesnt, please lmk what I missed! :>

Okay, so i usually just draw with mechanical pencils or charcoal on paper. OR, I draw on my Gaomon drawing tablet. But, ive always been interested in sculpting. Im a big realism lover, so my art has a unique style. Its realisti+cell shading comicy? Not sure if i described that well. I can add some photos of my art if that'd help! But, im wondering what clay would be best for a newbie?

I wanna sculpt heads, hands, stuff like that. I take pride in the hands I draw, because I always struggled with them lol.

I know you'll need a skeleton or wire and aluminum foil (ive sculpted small things back in middle school), but i only really know of air dry clay. Its not what I want; its too dry and cracks wayyyy too easily.

Is there any sculptors who know of clay that dries over time? I know about Apoxy Sculpt but its too heavy and too expensive for large projects.

Ideally, the clay would need to:

\-be rather malleable after it starts to dry (in case I wanna add anything, and itll probably help when adding clay)

\-be kinda on the cheaper side, but i dont mind spending more if needed

\-be lighter than apoxy if possible

I know i basically described Apoxy, but are there any other clays that could work? Thanks in advance!

22ftm, 5'7 roughly 135-140lbs. Been on hrt for 6 years, been on Wellbutrin 150 extended release for a few months. Im allergic to penicillin, thats my only known allergy. And I have really bad health anxiety.

Since Saturday, April the 24th, ive been weak, shaky and light headed. Today, im extra shaky and light headed. There's this pressure in my head and around my neck. I cam still breath, but it kinda feels like theres a lump in my throat. Im extremely tired and ive been havjng really big yawns. Like my jaw might lock they're that big.

I had to get a phlebotomy sometime in January, because my cholesterol was high and such. I was at a risk of stroke and a heart attack. Thats what scares me. The less I focus on how im feeling, the better I feel. But, I still feel like my head is gonna fall over. My eyes kinda hurt too, and there was this weird sun flare in my left eye before I took 400 mg of ibuprofen. Im worried im having a stroke, a migraine, or starting to have an heart attack. Its scary.

Edit: I forgot to mention, Ive been having a burning sensation in my stomach for the past couple weeks. Ive been taking acid reflex meds in the past. Im also kinda nauseous

I cant afford going to the ER, im already in debt because of that. Im also at work until 3pm and its 11:30am.
