What’s up with all the cosmetologists getting hired in barbershops

Has anyone else noticed this lately? I work in a barbershop that has hired a few cosmos, and it’s kind of annoying. Not only is it taking away jobs from actual barbers, but these people can’t even provide all of the services in the shop. In addition, I saw one of the cosmos put a hot towel directly on someone’s face without leaving a space around the nose, essentially waterboarding the client. They don’t even know how to properly use hot towels!! Wtf is happening?

Free men’s haircuts this Tuesday 5/19

Hey guys! I’m a licensed barber offering free apprentice haircuts this Tuesday at Fortune Cat Barbershop. These haircuts should be short to mid length (hair not falling below ears) men’s cuts. I am not currently taking on clients with longer hair styles. Times available are 10am, 11:30am, and 1 pm. These slots tend to fill quickly so please reach out asap if you are interested. Thank you!

Hey! I made a similar post last week and had a great response, so I’m making the same offer this week! I am a licensed barber apprenticing at Fortune Cat Barber shop, and I am offering 3 free men’s haircuts this coming Tuesday 5/5. Time slots are 10am, 11:30am, and 1pm. These cuts should be either short or mid length (bottom of ear or higher), I am not currently accepting clients for long haircut styles.
