I scored 63/100 April 28 second shift but I was born in maharashtra and did my 12th here but my 10th from another state so will get preference in any good government colleges

I recently gave 12th and my og plan is to get a degree from a good college and do the normal shit but I am also really interested in CS I have seen it's syllabus and I think I can do it but the only problem is discipline, I am not the person to study everday but whenever i do study I will give my 100%. so just give me a reality check or any advice please
