I’ve just been offered a role at an Australian law firm in Sydney. I’m pretty junior (1pqe), what are the downsides of taking it? I’m honours qualified, and can’t seem to find a role here (left my role due to bullying/toxic culture). I’m nervous I could be walking into a trap given my experience.
