I'm looking into leasing out my condo and trying to do as much research as possible before entering this new stage.

I'd love some guidance from those with experience. Did you outsource the process to a realtor? Do you use a property manager, or is managing a single property yourself realistic, even with a demanding full-time job?

I'm also interested in hearing about your experience with the administrative side of being a landlord, any lessons learned, and what type of landlord insurance you purchased.
