Unable to register for CAP Round - Technical Issue

Hi, I have an issue while registering for the MHT-CET CAP round. I try registering but everytime I click "Save and proceed" after filling all.the details, it just shows "technical issue...." and error code or smth. This keeps happening and I even contacted the help desk but I haven't received a reply yet. I also emailed them on their help desk email, but again no reply received. I called their helpline number and she just asked me to raise a ticket which I did but the issue hasn't been resolved yet. What do I do? The deadline is on the 12th of July. I've been trying registering for the past 2 days, please help me out
