Charges laid in St. Albert electric dirt bike crash as e-mobility hospitalizations spike

A teenager is facing nearly $1,400 in fines after he crashed his electric dirt bike into the side of an SUV at a busy intersection in St. Albert. RCMP in the community near Edmonton say they've seen an increase in calls about these types of micro mobility vehicles.

Builder blamed concrete crew lol

Builder didn’t backfill after slab on grade was poured for these garages. Area received 4-5” of rain last week. Forecasted for another 2” over the weekend. It’s only going to get worse.

With all the basements flooding today please check your sump for operation.

Good time for everyone to check their sump pit and pump to make sure they operate. Pull up on the ball float (black ball floating in the water) this will engage the pump. If you don’t see the water level go down your pump may need to be replaced or is not plugged in.
