[HIRING] Part-Time Virtual Assistant – Independent Film Publicity & Outreach (Remote)
Independent film distributor, is looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant to support publicity, outreach, and audience development for our film releases.
We're looking for someone who:
• Has excellent written English (French is a major asset)
• Is organized, autonomous, and reliable
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Has basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Has a strong interest in independent film, distribution, and publicity
• Is comfortable with research, spreadsheets, and online tools
Tasks may include:
• Media, community, and partner outreach
• Delivery of screeners and promotional materials
• Research and database management
• Follow-ups and coordination of publicity activities
• Simple graphic design and social media support
Remote position with flexible hours. Workload varies throughout the year.
Compensation: Starting at $200/month, with additional performance-based compensation opportunities. Final compensation will depend on the candidate's skills, experience, and level of responsibility. Payments are made via wire transfer.
