I know this isn’t directly related to Somerville, but I live here, and I want to ask my neighbors about their experiences selling cars here. I’m trying to sell my car, and the last time I was a party to a private sale that wasn’t family or a family friend, newspaper classified ads were still a thing. I’ve listed on Autotrader, but so far all I’ve gotten were scam attempts, and fb marketplace seems sketchy. If you’ve sold a car recently, how did you go about it? Were there any avenues you’d recommend or avoid?

While I’m at it, if anyone is in the market for a 2009 Toyota highlander, lemme know.
