What will human biology and space medicine be like in the future? (Desc)

I mean, if people start (in theory) colonising distant planets it comes to a point where there'll be a lot of really far away planets which don't have much connection with more 'closer to Earth' ones- and it's feasible that there'll be people evolving into completely different species over time.

Not even talking about animals here, Jesus.

Like f modern medicine, _imagine_ a future where a distant relative/friend wants to visit your home planet but there planet has a lot less gravity than yours and they wouldn't be able to comfortably survive without some kind of anti-gravity suit or smth.

Not even TALKING about the possibility of different medicines for different people of different planets.

Think about the racism, eughhhhghhg.
