HI Im a user from South Korea. Could this be because of the recent EU issue, or is this particular device basically finished for receiving WinCredit and ClaimCredit offers? I've seen people suggest that using a completely new device and a new network is the best way to get these promotions again. Is that actually true? I'd appreciate hearing about your experiences.
