Looking for 1 roommate to fill spot in North Quincy for our Upcoming lease. Current roommate will be out by 8/1 so you can move In at that time or 9/1 when we sign our lease for another year.
We are both 26M working in the city looking for another male in their 20s to join us.
About a 7 minute walk from the North Quincy T stop with plenty of on-street parking.
Rent is $2600/Month total with utilities being around $100 per month (including wifi).
He is still in the process of moving out but the room will be clean and empty by 8/1.
The landlord is a very relaxed, has kept our rent the same three years in a row.
Move In costs are $866 for SD and $866 for LMR (returned to leaving roommate)
Coin-op laundry in the basement, and relatively quiet building mates.
