help
My wife and I are interested in a truck camper but are totally new to this. I currently drive a Ram 1500, so I know I'm going to have to upgrade, but I would like to stick to no bigger than a one ton (3500/F350) with single rear wheel, crew cab, 4x4, short bed. We looked at and loved the Arctic Fox 811. Salesman says no problem on a F350, but I'm seeing contradictory opinions. Most seem to be saying the AF 811 is too heavy for a F350. It might theoretically meet the payload limits, but when you add fluids/gear/people it will be way over, and the truck will handle badly. Can anyone recommend a true four season, quality truck camper that will actually work on a F350?
