My doctors office sent the forms to my Humana gold plus instead of to the bridge program. They actually approved me at $800 a month co-pay.
After going around and around about this for a couple of weeks now, they finally sent it to the bridge program this morning.
I definitely qualify under the bridge program according to everything I’ve read, but since I qualify under my regular insurance, I’m gonna be denied aren’t I?
I have heart disease and a BMI of like 32.
